A gentle bonding class where moms and their babies move through simple stretches and guided relaxation together. This program supports postpartum wellness while introducing babies to soothing movement — and each family leaves with books to take home.

We supply the LEGO®. You supply the creativity! Building challenges, group interaction, and more. Geared toward elementary kids, tweens, and families, however, everyone is welcome. Children under 8 years of age must be supervised by an adult.
