A City Employee will be dispatched to the location for service.
Please provide the operator with as much information about the problem as possible and a call back telephone number.

Billing/Account information or to place a work order:
Questions about your utility account?   Or, if you notice any City related items that are in need of repair or City attention, please call our office to have a work order generated.  512-332-8830 

 

If it is after hours and you have a question -- submit a service request by logging on to your Online Utility Account (go to the Utility Billing tab and click "Service Request" on right side column.



 

 
Customers wishing to set up utility service must come into our office with a Lease Agreement or Settlement Statement for the service address.
An application must be filled out and a picture I.D. supplied in addition to the deposit to set any and all services.  For same day connection the account must be set-up before 12:00 p.m. All work orders generated after this time will be worked the following business day. The resident or their designee (18 of age or older) needs to be present for service connection.
 
Deposit or Letter of Credit are required to set a utility account:

Residential Deposits:

          Water $75  

          Electric $200
