Due to the Labor Day Holiday - Solid Waste will not be serviced on Monday,

September 2, 2019.

All solid waste services will slide forward one day this week to begin on Tuesday.  Please see schedule on the Solid Waste/Recycling page for questions.

Bills are available on the 1st of each month and can be viewed by registering an account at www.My78602.com

For 24 hour Emergency Utilities (Water/Electric/Sewer) issues please call (512) 332-8830.
A City Employee will be dispatched to the location for service. Please provide the call taker with as much information about the problem as possible and a call back telephone number in case it is needed.

If it is after hours and you have a question -- submit a service request by logging on to your Online Utility Account (go to the Utility Billing tab and click "Service Request" on right side column.

Customers wishing to set up utility service must come into our office with a Lease Agreement or Settlement Statement for the service address.
An application must be filled out and a picture I.D. supplied in addition to the deposit to set any and all services.  For same day connection the account must be set-up before 12:00 p.m. All work orders generated after this time will be worked the following business day. The resident or their designee (18 of age or older) needs to be present for service connection.
