The Drop Box located in our drive-thru at City Hall (1311 Chestnut Street)
is a fast and convenient option for making payments after hours.
The After Hours Drop Box is for Check & Money Order payments only.

After hours with a question? Submit a service request by logging in to your Online Utility Account. (Go to the Utility Billing tab and click 'Service Request' in the right column.


Residential Deposits:

Water: $75  

Electric: $200   

Commercial Deposits:

Customers wishing to set up utility service must come into our office with a Lease Agreement or Settlement Statement for the service address.

An application must be filled out and a picture I.D. supplied in addition to the deposit to set any and all services.  For same day connection the account must be set-up before 12:00 p.m. All work orders generated after this time will be worked the following business day. The resident or their designee (18 of age or older) needs to be present for service connection.
