The City adopted new regulations to allow Mobile Food Vendors in the city limits at the Tuesday, May 12, 2020 City Council meeting. You can watch the video of the discussion on the meeting link.
Please read the adopting Ordinance 2020-02 for the full regulations.
To apply for the submit the Mobile Food Permit Application, the Checklist and all required items via email to Plan@cityofbastrop.org.
The City of Bastrop Planning & Development Department front counter is closed to the public. We are available via phone or email during working hours.
The City of Bastrop Planning & Development Dept. has moved all submissions to digital only. Paper or hard copy submissions are no longer required with the exceptions of plat mylars. Submissions are still only accepted Mondays before 4:00 pm. Submission received after the deadline will not enter review until the following Monday.
Please email submissions to email@example.com with a link to your file sharing service of choice (dropbox, box, onedrive, google drive, etc). Ensure you are uploading files using the digital submission format specified on your checklist. Mail checks ahead of your submission to:
