This amendment is intended to amend the Bastrop Building Block (B3) Code - P2 (Rural) & P3 (Neighborhood) Place Types Development Standards by adopting Minimum Lot Sizes (where currently no lot size minimums exist), a First-layer Setback (to match the surrounding environment), & removing Duplexes (multi-family) as an allowable building type in the P2 & P3 (single-family) Place Types.
