Public hearing and consider action to approve the request for Zoning Concept Change from P2 Rural and P5 Core to Planned Development District (“PDD”) with a base district of P5 Core for the areas described as being 7.2465 +/- acres of Building Blocks 127 at 2.5466 acres and 138 at 2.5400 acres, and a part of Building Block 126 at 2.1599 acres of East of Main street, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Cabinet No. 1, Page 23A of the Plat Records of Bastrop County, Texas; embracing a portion of the called 15.924 acre tract of land described in the deed to Desmar Walkes as recorded in Volume 1413, Page 620 of the Deed Records of Bastrop County, Texas; portion of said Block 126. The area described as being 16.732 +/- acres survey of 16.732 acres of land being a portion of 19.687 acres of land surveyed this day, less and except 2.955 acres of land in unopen road right of way, leaving a balance of 16.732 acres of land, said 16.734 acres of land being a part of the Bastrop town Tract, abstract 11, East of Main street, in the city of Bastrop, Bastrop County, Texas, said 16.734 acres of land being all of Tract 1: Building Block 136 at 2.433 acres, all of Tract 2: Building Block 137 at 2.557 acres, all of Tract 3: Building Block 165 at 2.400 acres, all of Tract 4: Building Block 164 at 2.528 acres, all of Tract 5: Building Block 163 at 2.503 acres, all of Tract 6: a part of Building Block 139 at 2.178 acres and all of Tract 7: a part of Building Block 162 at 2.133 acres, as described to Austin Bastrop, LLC, as recorded in that certain general warranty deed as recorded in document 202211923, official public records Bastrop County, Texas, the said Building Blocks being shown on the map of Bastrop Texas as recorded in plat cabinet 1, page 23b, plat records Bastrop County, Texas, the herein described 16.735 acres of land of land being a part of the Bastrop Town Tract, Abstract 11, and the area described as being 7.4774 +/- acres of the City of Bastrop adjoining right of way. These parcels combined would equal a total of 31.4559 +/- acres. This development is more commonly known as Bastrop Gateway.
