Water and Wastewater Service Checklist

No water or wastewater tap or building permit will be issued until all impact fees have been paid to the City.
Such fees will be calculated in the following manner:  The total service units shall be multiplied by the per-unit effective fee value.



The fees must be calculated by Water and Wastewater personnel and submitted to City Hall prior to receiving your payment, so please contact us for the exact fees of YOUR project.

You will need the following information:

Address/Location
Owner/Project Name
Number of Meters/Meter Sizes



All line extensions and appurtenances required for connection to the City's infrastructure will be at the sole cost and expense of the project Developer/Owner.

All non-residential and multi-family developments shall be required to connect to the wastewater collection system at a manhole.  If a manhole does not exist at the location of the desired connection, one shall be installed at the expense of the Developer/Owner.

The City adheres to the policies set forth in the 2018 International Building and Fire Code.
