If you are planning a 'Special Event'*, you must complete a Special Event Application.
*(A Special Event is any event that includes or requires fundraising, vendors, street closures, canopies, displays, or any additional needs from the City of Bastrop.)
- Payments can be made in person or over the phone. Rental and Deposit fees are due at that time.
- For information on setting up an appointment for a pavilion reservation, please contact Recreation at (512) 332-8805.
- Pavilion rentals cannot be tentatively held over the phone or email.
- Alcohol is not allowed in parks Per City Ordinance, alcohol is not allowed in City parks without obtaining a variance from the City Council.

- Check, exact cash, money orders, credit/debit cards are the acceptable forms or payment.
- There is a service charge on a returned check, as set by the District Attorney’s office.
- Damage or maintenance as a result of the rental will be charged against the deposit.
- Request for security deposit and/or other fees will be submitted for refunding if the city property is clean and free of litter, and no damages. Expect to receive the refund check via US mail 4 to 6 weeks after rental date.
