TexShare is a cooperative program with the State of Texas to provide access to library services at participating TexShare libraries to current cardholders in good standing with both the TexShare program and their home library. Good standing is defined as having no outstanding fines or overdue materials or a history of such. By signing this TexShare card agreement, the cardholder agrees to honor all policies of this and all TexShare libraries whose services are accessed using the TexShare card. It is the cardholder's responsibility to be aware of all policies at any TexShare library he or she may make use of with the TexShare card. All library materials borrowed with the TexShare card must be returned directly to the library they were borrowed from. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to see that materials are returned timely and in good condition to the proper library. Cardholders are responsible for all materials checked out on their cards.

 

Bastrop Public Library cardholders in good standing aged 18 or older may apply for a TexShare card. 

 

Replacement of lost or damaged TexShare cards will incur a fee of $1.00.
