Customers wishing
to set up new service must come into
our office with a Lease Agreement or Settlement Statement for the service
address. An application must be filled out and a picture I.D. supplied
in addition to the deposit. For same day connection the account must
be set-up before 2:00 p.m. All work orders generated after this time
will be worked the following business day.
Residential Deposits:
Water $50.00
Electric $150.00
Commercial Deposits:
Water $50.00
Electric deposits will be determined upon an approximate 2-month bill
or based on history at the City’s sole discretion.
Allied Waste/Garbage:
To report a missed pickup or to have a cart or recycle
bin replaced- please call the Utility office during regular business
hours. For pickups concerning brush/bulky items or construction debris-
please call Allied Waste/Garbage directly at 1-800-252-3586.
Billing/Account information

Our office will be happy to assist you with any questions
you have concerning your account. If you notice any City related items
that are in need of repair or City attention, please call our office
to have a work order generated.
After hours EMERGENCY calls
can be made to (512) 321-3941. This number is answered
during the hours of 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. and on weekends and holidays.
A City Employee will be dispatched to the location for service. Please
provide the call taker with as much information about the problem as
possible and a call back telephone number in case it is needed.
