DOB 09/19/1986 Hispanic male 21 years old.
Hgt. 5'10"
Wgt. 180 medium build
Short Black hair brown eyes
Last location known to be in the Houston area.

Unidentified Suspect
The Bastrop Police Department is asking for help in locating a subject accused of robbing the O' Reilly Auto Parts Store located in the City of Bastrop on June 15, 2005. On June 15, 2005 at approximately 8:58 p.m. Bastrop police officers responded to O' Reilly's Auto Parts located at 503 Hwy 71 in reference to an armed robbery. Upon arrival employees advised the officers that a black male entered the store and walked up to the front desk and requested a part for a vehicle. Immediately afterwards the subject pulled a hand gun from his waistband and ordered the two employees to the back of the store.While at the back of the store the subject demanded the employee open the safe. While waiting for the safe to be opened the gunman ordered another employee to lay face down on the ground while the other employee opened the safe.The unidentified suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of cash and fled out the front door getting into a white or silver 4- door sedan.The suspect is described as follows: Black male, late 20's to early 30's, 5' 11" to 6' 0" slender build, possibly wearing a earring in the left ear. The suspect left the scene possibly driving a 4-door white to silver mid-size sedan.  Anyone having information is urged to contact Detectives with the City of Bastrop Police Department at 512-332-8600.
Roberto Leyva Ruiz
Roberto Leyva Ruiz is wanted for questioning in the death of his common law wife Cindy Ann Orozco. The body of Cindy A. Orozco was discovered on January 7, 2002 at approximately 6:50 P.M. Inside her residence located at 2023 Pecan St. in the city limits of Bastrop.

Roberto Leyva Ruiz was last seen on January 1, 2002 at the above mentioned residence. Leyva's vehicle was located in Laredo, Texas. Leyva has family in Mexico and is known to travel between Mexico and the United States. A warrant for Murder was issued for Levy'a arrest.

Anyone having information regarding Ruiz's whereabouts should immediately contact their local police department. You may also contact Detectives at the Bastrop Police Department at 512-332-8600 or the Texas Rangers. Police agencies must follow normal warrant confirmation procedures before making an arrest.
