Short Black hair brown eyes

Roberto Leyva Ruiz
Roberto Leyva Ruiz is wanted for questioning in the death of his common law wife Cindy Ann Orozco. The body of Cindy A. Orozco was discovered on January 7, 2002 at approximately 6:50 P.M. Inside her residence located at 2023 Pecan St. in the city limits of Bastrop.

Roberto Leyva Ruiz was last seen on January 1, 2002 at the above mentioned residence. Leyva's vehicle was located in Laredo, Texas. Leyva has family in Mexico and is known to travel between Mexico and the United States. A warrant for Murder was issued for Levy'a arrest.

Anyone having information regarding Ruiz's whereabouts should immediately contact their local police department. You may also contact Detectives at the Bastrop Police Department at 512-332-8600 or the Texas Rangers. Police agencies must follow normal warrant confirmation procedures before making an arrest.
