 Former Texas Governor Ann Richards contributed her handprints to Bastrop's Sidewalk Handprints Project on Friday, April 26th, 2002. Former Bastrop City Councilwoman, Clara Maynard, her husband Billy, Pat and Sandy Mitchell, and Matt Woerndell, City of Bastrop Parks Foreman traveled to Austin to obtain Ann’s handprints. Thank-you, Ann !
