Allen, Patrol Officer
Hello, my name is John
H. Allen, but please call me "Jack" or I won't know
you are speaking to me. I was born and raised in Houston, TX.
I have over thirteen years law enforcement experience. I started
my career with the Galveston County Sheriff's Office where I spent
twelve years. I have worked on the Federal, State, County, and
Municipal law enforcement levels.
I have extensive experience working illicit drug investigations,
including two years working for the United States Drug Enforcement
Administration's Galveston Resident Office as a Task Force Officer.
I currently hold an Advanced Texas Peace Officer License. I am
a certified Field Training Officer, certified Police Instructor,
and I am certified in Marine Patrol by Texas Parks and Wildlife.
I am honored to be serving the citizens of Bastrop and I am proud
to be a part of this community.
