HISTORIC LANDMARK COMMISSION
April 9, 2008
The City of Bastrop Historic Landmark Commission will meet
on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers,
904 Main Street, Bastrop, Texas to consider the following matters:
1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Disposition of the meeting minutes of March 19, 2008.
4. Citizens comments.
New Business.
5 Public Hearing:1205 Pecan Demolition by Neglect. Tabled at the March 19, 2008 meeting
6. Discussion and possible action regarding the revised application, recordation forms and the reapplication process.
7. Discussion and possible action on criteria for site designation.
Old Business.
8. Announcements.
9. The Bastrop Historic Landmark Commission will adjourn regular session and convene into a Workshop Session to discuss:
A. Discuss Significant Landmark contacts.
B. Review status of informational letter to new owners of structures with the City’s historic designation.

10. The Bastrop Historic Landmark Commission will adjourn Workshop Session and reconvene into regular session.
11. The Bastrop Historic Landmark Commission will adjourn regular session and convene as the Design Committee for the Bastrop Main Street Advisory Board. The Design Committee will have a separate agenda.
12. The Bastrop Historic Landmark Commission will reconvene into regular session.
13. Adjourn.
