AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE CITY OF BASTROP CODE OF ORDINANCES APPENDIX A: FEE SCHEDULE; SPECIFICALLY
AMENDING ARTICLE 3.000 "BUILDING RELATED FEES" BY ADDING
SECTION 3.600 RELATING TO FEES FOR AN ON- SITE SEWER FACILITY PERMIT,
REPEALING CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING
A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,
the City Council of the City of Bastrop has determined that fees should
be assessed in conjunction with the review and processing of On-Site
Sewer Facility permits and that such fees are necessary and appropriate
at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BASTROP, TEXAS:
PART
1: That Article 3.000 "Building Related Fees"
in Appendix A shall be amended to add "Section 3.600: On-Site
Sewage Facility Permit Fees" to the City of Bastrop Code of Ordinances,
and it is hereby, added as follows:

PART 2: This
amendment to Appendix A: Fee Schedule supercedes any contrary provisions
previously adopted by the Council. Any provisions of Appendix A of
the Code of the City of Bastrop that are not amended hereby shall
remain in full force and effect.
PART 3:
If any provision of this ordinance or application thereof to any person
or circumstance, shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not
affect the other provisions, or application thereof, of this ordinance
which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application,
and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared
to be severable.
PART 4: This Ordinance shall take effect upon
passage and approval, in accordance with the laws of the State of
Texas.
